Before any material can be produced, there is an research, analysis and, finally publication
Our publications
Camden Fed produces Camden Tenant four times each year. We currently deliver 4000 copies to tenant’s organisations, libraries, Council offices and other information points throughout the borough. Our ambition is to deliver the paper to every Council tenant on every estate eventually.
The first copy was produced in 1972 and included campaigning articles, information and notices as was intended for display on notice boards and at meetings etc. Now the Camden Tenant is a multi-colour 4 page A3 publication with the same purpose as at its inception but also carrying stories about life on Camden’s estates, key roles and events concerning tenants, plus interviews with people in power and local people living in Council accommodation.

Other publications
Camden Fed produces a series of advice sheets and information notes on current issues. Whatever is of topical interest we usually have something to say about it. We also produce submissions to government consultations and those of other housing organisations.
We also have a series of advice notes related to establishing tenant’s organisations such as model constitutions and advice on issues such as regeneration, housing policy and tenant’s rights.
Copies of all our publications are contained in our offices at The Marr both in our reception area and in the resource room.
Also within the resource room we keep most discussion papers, policy papers, seminar notes and books related to housing issues in London produced by public authorities, professional organisations and campaigning groups.
